Passed away peacefully on September 19, 2022 at the age of 72. Preceded in death by his parents Alfred and Margaret Kubicek. Loving husband to Judy (nee Hyvonen). Dear father to Nicole (Andy) Jensen, Mark (Kelly) and Michelle (Jeremy) Lewandowski. Grandpa Tom to Robin and Luke Jensen. Devoted Bapa to Marshall and Archer Lewandowski and Thomas Kubicek. Also survived by his siblings; Mary (late Nick) Mazzucca, Dave (Jeanne), Jerry (Nancy), Ed (Kathy), Paul (Rosanne), John (Johanna), sister-in-law Kathy (late Howie), Steve (Diane), John (Lisa), Jeff (Cathy) Hyvonen. Further survived by other relatives, friends and his VA breakfast buddies. Tom was a proud Marine - Semper Fidelis.

Visitation at the funeral home on Thursday, September 29 from 10AM to 12PM with a service and honors at 12PM. Interment Southern Wisconsin Veteran's Memorial Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Fisher House or the charity of your choice.
