RoseMary Macek (nee Chovanec) passed away peacefully on March 4, 2021, 30 days after saying goodbye to her beloved husband. RoseMary married Frank Macek in January 1950 and they just celebrated their 71st wedding anniversary. RoseMary worked early in her career at Wrought Washer in Milwaukee for several years. RoseMary had a kind and generous spirit. She did volunteer work at St. Joseph’s Parish, Holy Family School, St. Mary Academy, and Aurora South Shore. She enjoyed traveling to visit the family in the Czech Republic. She enjoyed swimming, bicycling, walking, and tried to water ski with her sister in St. Louis.
