I remember the first day I met Roseann.....she came to my door, knocked and said, " my name is Roseann and this is my dog Mira." She had a miniature dachshund. We became fast friends. Rose was always there with a smile. We shared coffee and donuts many mornings, and I was there the night her son was born. We had just cut out a maternity dress she was going to wear to a din ner the next week. we recut the dress later and she did get to wear it. She saved my life one morning when the landlord had put bug bomb under the apartment building and failed to inform me. She knew I was a late sleeper and she beat on my door until I got up and went to the door. The whole place had a fog a foot deep in it and my head felt like a bad hangover. We opened all the windows and I went to her apartment un til mine cleared out. She was my dear friend and though we ended up thousands of miles apart, we stayed friends, and to my joy Chad, you made it possible for us to see each other again before she got sick. I will always love you for that, and I will always miss your mom and my friend Roseann. Rose really knew how to live life and those of us who were blessed with knowing her have grown. She had more courage than anyone Ive met and May God keep her and Bless her for eternity.
