Obituary for Joseph Frank Vodnik

Joseph F. Vodnik, 67, travelled home to our Lord on February 26, 2022 with a quick stop at the Rainbow Bridge to pick up his fur buddy BJ.

Joe was preceded in death by his parents Anthony and Dolores Vodnik. He was the dearest brother of Mary Ann (Glenn) Bagemehl, Pat (Denis) Stroik, Anthony (Yolanda) Vodnik, Karen (Elmer) Schelbrock and Robert Vodnik. He was loved by many nephews and nieces, other relatives and many friends.

Joe was a selfless, caring and generous man to all the people in his life. He was always happy. His greatest joys in life were hunting, fishing, the beauty of the outdoors in Blackriver Falls, partying with friends and relatives, football, baseball, golfing and scavenging. He especially loved eating and sleeping. Joe was a devout Catholic. In 1973 he graduated from Cudahy High School. Joe received a diploma from MATC in HVAC Technology.

His time on Earth has impacted many people and the memories made will be passed on forever.
