Obituary for Jaime Suarez Loyola

Doctor Jaime Suarez Loyola, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 29, 2021 surrounded by his wife and children. He was born in Ica, Peru on February 7, 1936. He was 85 years old. The son of Cirilo Suarez Soto and Felicita Loyola Avalos, he was the second born of four children.

He graduated in 1968 with a degree in General Medicine from the National University of Trujillo. He enlisted in the Armed Forces and served in the Peruvian Army for 15 years.

Doctor Jaime Suarez Loyola is survived by his wife Susana Rubio de Suarez whom he married on August 22, 1965. He's also survived by their 4 children; Jaime Ricardo Suarez Rubio (Judith Guarniz), Susy Luisa Suarez Lemcke (Ron Lemcke), Silvia Milagritos Suarez Rubio and Rafael Fernando Suarez Rubio. He's also survived by his grandchildren Jimena Suarez Guarniz, Jaime Suarez Guarniz, Miguel Suarez Villacorta, Katherine Lemcke, Samantha Lemcke and Kristina Lemcke.

Doctor Suarez was well known for his charitable disposition. As a member of the International Lions Club and through his local church, he provided free medical consultations for uninsured and low-income people for many years. He also volunteered with the San Andres Police Department in Trujillo assisting the CSI unit during criminal investigations.

Jaime was a very talented dancer. He and his wife would often steal the show at parties when dancing salsa and especially Paso Doble. His grace and charm were legendary.

Jaime was a devoted husband, loving father and friend extraordinaire. His family could not have asked for a more wonderful and remarkable man. The memories of the time they had with him are joyous and happy. No matter what adversity they faced, he always helped them find a solution and encouraged them to keep moving forward.

He will be missed dearly but his family takes comfort in knowing he's in the presence of the Lord, surrounded by peace and heavenly love.

The pain is indescribable. The loss is immeasurable.
