Obituary for Andrea Drosen
Andrea Drosen, 74, of South Milwaukee, peacefully passed away on July 20, 2022 after a long, hard battle with Cancer.
Andrea was born on June 12, 1948 to Helen (nee Plevak) and Richard Drosen in South Milwaukee. After graduating from South Milwaukee High School Andrea went on to work at many jobs and ultimately for Milwaukee County. There she worked in many areas, retiring after 34 years from the Building and Grounds department. After retirement, Andrea was involved in Cat Rescue Organizations and was an avid crafter and ran a small business, Winking Cat, making jewelry, jeweled votive hangers and wind chimes.
Andrea was preceded in death by her parents Helen and Richard Drosen. Survived by and Dear Sister of Gail (Greg) Larson, Loving Aunt to Brian (Jennifer) Larson, Great-Aunt to Olivia and Jaimee Larson, Step-Great Aunt to Lauren (David) Brown, Brandon Biggs and Cousins. She is also survived by a countless number of Special Loyal Friends that were such a great part of her entire life.
Per Andrea’s wishes, Private Services will be held. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to any Cat or Pet Rescue organization which Andrea always felt so strongly about.
