Jill Haglund

I worked with Rick when he was an Assistant Superintendent at the Department of Public Instruction. I was a member of Rick's Bright Beginnings, Family, School Partner Team. Rick brought his commitment to children and families to his work here. He was a steadfast advocate for quality education and the important of starting early. Rick made a lasting impact through his work at DPI (and in the legislature). Jill Haglund
