Condolence From: Don Hoglund
Condolence: John was a good friend. I knew John since the first day he started at Northwestern. We shared a lot of life experiences, both good and sad.

I will miss him.

Condolence From: Donna Neidhardt
Condolence: John was the best man at my wedding and a long time good friend to my husband Don Hoglund. It doesn't seem that long ago that I saw him when he stopped by to pick up Don and go out to lunch. The two guys shared many years and memories and also a love of trains.

Condolence From: Dan Steffes
Condolence: I got to know John briefly as the Don Bosco Class of 1967 planned for its 50th reunion last year. John took it upon himself to track down as many classmates as he could find and he did it without the aid of a computer. He found nearly all of the missing classmates, which is an incredible accomplishment. As the alumni director at St. Thomas More High School, I can tell you that a class reunion is as good as the current contact information you have. He was a pleasure to work with and I know his fellow reunion committee members felt the same. I will pray for John and his family, as well as the rest of the 1967 Don Bosco class.
